Dear Sir,
I have read your book and found it interesting.
>>Thanks, the underlie principle of
plus is staring us to reveal. It exists in the nature for over centuries.
The optical company recommends the following prescription to me: Sphere Cylinder Axis Distance: R -250 -100 95 L -375
>> It seems you are a moderate myope.
The fact is I did not wear glasses in the past 28 years until recently when I have to take the driving test.
>> Without the plus/convex lens for your
past 28 years near-work, you are becoming myopic eventualy. Minus lens is a
fast palliative for far vision.
I can see clearly when there is sufficient
light but my eye sight drops substantially in a dim area. Sometimes I find that my eyes are strained when I try to focus at a distant object.
>> It seems a large part of
your myopia is functional (pseudo) so you experience sharp vision sometimes.
I wonder whether my insistence of not wearing glasses except driving may do more harm than good as illustrated by the increasing figures recorded above. I wonder if I can wear convex lens when I read books and use the computer to relax the eye muscles while I continue not to wear concave lens when I look at distant objects?
>> Wearing minus is harmful whereas
using plus is beneficial in the long-run.
I should be grateful for your advice please. Thanks Stephen |
